- The processing of personal data is entrusted only to checked and reliable entities providing services related to processing of personal data.
- Google analytics tools are used to collect information about yours page visits, such as the subpages viewed, the time spent on the website or transitions between individual subpages. By this purpose Google LLC cookies for the Google Analytics service are used. Under the mechanism to manage cookie settings there is an option to decide whether Google Analytics will be able to use also marketing functions, or not.

- right to restrictions on the processing of personal data,
- right to raise objections as to processing personal data,
- right to data transfer,
- right to bring a complaint to the supervisory body,
- right to cancellation of consent to processing of personal data, if you have given such consent.
Rules related to the implementation of the indicated rights has been described in detail in Article 16-21 GDPR. Our company consider it necessary to explain that powers indicated above are not absolute and will not be entitled to the person in relation to all processing activities personal data. For personal comfort company have made efforts to indicate owed to a person rights, under these operations as part of the description of individual data processing operations.
In case of violating individual personal data during the processing a person is entitled to file a complaint to the regulatory organ(The Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO)). The confidentiality of all personal data provided is guaranteed. Due to this fact all the security measures are taken and protection of personal data required by GDPR. Personal data is collected with due diligence and adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons.
List of assignments
Pacyfic entrusts the processing of personal data to the following entities:
- pl – to store personal data on server.
All entities to whom the processing of personal data is entrusted, guarantee the use of appropriate security measures and security of personal data required by law.
Goals and processing activities
Orders. When placing an order, the necessary data for order fulfillment, i.e. name and surname, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number must be provided. Delivering data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.
Surrendered data are processed due to fulfill an order (Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR), invoice issue (Article 6 (1)(c) GDPR) invoice consideration in our accounting records (Article 6 (1)(c) GDPR) and in archival and statistics purposes (Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
Data contained in order placed through the store are processed within the WordPress system and email and stored on the server provided by home.pl.
Orders are registered in the company’s internal database in archival and statistics purposes as well.
The data will be processed solely for the purpose of time necessary due to fulfill the order, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract. Furthermore after this date, the data may still be processed by Pacific for statistical purposes. Please remember there is an obligation to store invoices with individual personal data by period of 5 years since end of the tax year, in which tax obligation arose.
In case of data concerning orders there is no option to correct this data after order fulfillment, and object to data processing and demand removal of data to time of expiry of the period of limitation of claims from the title of the concluded contract as well. Similarly, data processing and demand removal of data contained in invoices cannot be objected. After expiration of the period of limitation of claims from the title of the contract a person may be opposed to processing by Pacyfic a person’s data in statistical purposes, as well as demand of data removal from Pacyfic database.
In relation to data concerning orders, there is also the right to order data transfer, which is told in Article 20 GDPR.
Complaints and withdrawal from agreement. While making a complaint or decline from contract, personal data contained in the content of the complaint or a statement about withdrawal from contracts that include the name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number must be provided.
Data provided to Pacyfic in relation to make a complaint or withdrawing from contracts are used in the purpose of the complaint procedure or the withdrawal procedure contracts (Article 6 (1)(c) GDPR).
The data will be processed by time necessary to complete the complaint procedure or the withdrawal procedure. Complaints and statements about withdrawal from contracts may also be archived in statistical purposes.
In the case of data contained in complaints and statements about withdrawal from the contract this data must not be rectified by you. Data processing and demand of removal of data to time of expiry of the period of limitation of claims from the title of the concluded contract must not be objected. However, after expiration of the period of limitation of claims from the processing of the title of the contract the person can be opposed to processing by Pacyfic a personal data in statistical purposes, as well as demand of data removal from database may be objected.
E-mail contact. By contacting Pacyfic via email, (by sending an inquiry via the contact form as well) the personal e-mail address, and also other personal data in the message content may be given.
Based on Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR initiating contact with Pacyfic allows the company processing personal data in the purpose of contact. The legal basis for processing after ending contact is a legitimate goal in form of archiving correspondence on internal needs (Article 6 (1)(c) GDPR).
The content of correspondence may be a subject to archiving and the company is not able to clearly determine the time of its removing. The presentation of a history of correspondence, as from lead Pacyfic (if it was subject to archiving) and demand its removal, unless its archiving is justified with comments on the company overriding interests, e.g. defense against potential claims from the clients may be demanded by every individual person.
