Information about the Whistleblower notification system
PACYFIC Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. has implemented a detailed internal whistleblower procedure to enable employees and others working with the company to report violations of the law or other irregularities. The procedure ensures that whistleblowers are protected from retaliation and guarantees that reports will be treated confidentially and fairly. The acceptance of reports serves to increase efficiency in the detection and elimination of irregularities, resulting in a safe and transparent work environment.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for receiving and handling reports. Reports can be submitted through various channels for the convenience and safety of whistleblowers:
1. By mail: the application can be sent to the company’s mailing address: PACYFIC Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., 13 1 Division Street, 14-100 Ostróda. It is important that the letter is addressed directly to the Human Resources Department with the note “To hand. Do not open”, which will ensure that the application goes to the right people.
2. By e-mail: A convenient channel is to send an email to a dedicated address: sygnalista@pacyfic.eu. This allows the notification to be sent quickly and directly.
3. Direct meeting: the whistleblower also has the option of requesting a meeting with the coordinator, during which the report can be conveyed verbally.
All reports are handled with due diligence, and the process is done confidentially to protect the identity of both the whistleblower and others involved in the case.
