Information about the general data protection regulation – GDPR
1. The administrator of personal data is PACYFIC Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. with its registered office in Ostróda, ul. Demokracji 7, e–mail: info@pacyfic.eu.
2. The administrator informs about processing personal data obtained from you- the name, surname or business name, institution, address, and details of persons authorized by you to contact the Administrator as well.
3. The data are processed solely for the purpose of selling goods and services and for performing Implemented contracts, as well as to conclude further arrangements under future cooperation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
4. The data will be stored until the end of the period of limitation of obligations tax due to income tax and tax on goods and services, however not shorter that until the end of the period of obligatory storage of books and tax records in accordance with separate regulations.
5. The recipients of your personal data will be only authorized to request access or receipt of personal data on the basis of regulations rights entities and persons to which the Data Administrator entrusted processing personal data based on concluded contracts as well.
6. There is entrenched right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, as well as the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing.
7. As the Administrator of personal data, Pacyfic has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data being processed to the extent corresponding to the risk of violation of the rights and freedom of individuals and the nature of personal data, and to prevent unnecessary collection of personal data.
